This compound is also recommended for heavier than average trucks. (The traction profile of this rubber can cause "too much traction" at times, which can put a fair amount of stress on the drivetrain of your vehicle) Rubber compound codes: Gold: Ultra Soft Silver: Soft Blue: Medium Soft

In the KLR Series, the hardness is rated from Blue (Hard), Silver (Medium) and Gold (Soft).

Note:

These tires do not come with inserts, we recommend Crawler Innovations #CWR-3004 Single Stage Closed Cell for most conditions. Any 4.5 inch tall inserts for 1.9 tires will fit and provide the optimal amount of grip.
