Overdose | New Products & New Colours Release!

In addition to recently launching two new products, Overdose also added two color options for the previous high-grade Shock Set spec.3 and High-Performance Twin Spring!

New design Type-3 Aluminum Front Bulkhead for GALM #OD3438

Super lightweight and have your own set-up with new functions!

In this Type-3, it is possible to adjust the caster angle, upper arm mounting width, and rocker arm mounting position.
4mm width of the caster angle adjustment which is able to adjust the caster angle from 12 ° to 4 ° on standard GALM chassis.
Set the mounting width with a spacer by the separate upper arm mount design. With this Type-3, the rocker arm mount has a separate design and moves two steps forward at a 2 mm pitch from the standard mounting position, so this avoids the push rod and upper arm interfered when setting to reduce the caster angle.
Reduced weight by about 45% compared to previous Type-2 aluminium bulkhead, also only increase about 6g from standard bulkhead parts.
You can experience various settings and increased rigidity without the weight increase.
Available in 3 colours: purple, red, and black.

Triple Link Steering Wiper Set (For GALM series) #OD3546-8

A new steering wiper design leads ackerman setting to a new frontier!!

The New [Triple Link System] which is able to adjust the track of the link part, it was difficult to change as before.
Set the process of changing the Ackermann ratio until reaching the maximum steering angle.

A newly designed triple link system that splits the steering link into left and right with a control link.
Adjustable 3-step control link length. The tie rod track can be adjusted without changing the positional relationship of the tie rod in neutral position.
3 places the mounting position of the left and right wipers. The base link is movable in 3 stages.
Total 11 ball bearings ensure smooth movement.
Tilt the steering wiper base forward 5 degrees to reduce bumpsteer changes during steering.

Note1. Some hole positions cannot be used when used with a standard plastic bulkhead.

Note2. Cannot be used for OD2663-5 Aluminum Front Bulkhead Type-2.

Note3. Recommended to use with OD3438-40 Aluminum Front Bulkhead Type-3 (For GALM series).

Note4. It may interfere depending on the mounting height of the front rear side suspension mount.

New Purple & Red Colour For OD Suspension Parts!

Brilliant purple and red anodized colours are now available for the High-Grade Shock Set spec.3 and High-Performance Twin Spring Set. Enjoy colour coordination with other colour parts or as use a one-point colour on your chassis. The black colour parts will also be available at the same time.

There are 3 types of spring rates for each of the twin type with wire diameter of φ1.2, which emphasizes traction performance and uses helper springs.
The wire diameter of φ1.2 has a 20 mm free length, which is an ultra-short type and uses a helper spring.
This makes it possible to secure a large amount of rebound against the spring rate, improved road contact and traction performance.

Newly designed thin piston and long shock stroke improving traction!!
The high grade shock has evolved to spec.3 with smooth movement and low friction. The piston thickness designed thinner than up to spec.2 and increase beginning of the stroke damping to mild. Increased load on the tire can be improved the traceability of the front tires and the traction of the rear tires. Come with new design 28mm shock shaft for long stroke which is improved grounding and can be used long shock spring. And machined shock bracket and spring end for new spec.3 design. Includes set of 4 shocks without springs.
