Got these shocks for my M06. Everything went together smoothly, fit on all the pars was perfect. The plastic parts donít come on a parts tree, which I like, but the spring cups and shock ends had some burs on them. I didnít dock a star for that, what I did dock a star for was because there were only 2 four whole pistons and 6 four whole v pistons. A quality control issue that really didnít affect my application. It came with a full set of short springs, but I opted to go with the stock Tamiya springs. For the price, quality of parts, and smoothness of performance you canít go wrong.
Like that easy to build has extra spring rates an pistons didn't mind I had to screw down tensioner on spring on my tamiya m05 doesn't have ride height adjustment made it so I could lower my m05 has all parts to bolt to my car so for the price I'm going to buy a set for my tc4
I purchased a set of shocks for my Tamiya M05. They were to replace my broken shocks from 3Racing. The shocks are delivered unassembled, but easy to build with a little experience. It is not a con to learn to build your shocks. The super soft (red) spring is not as soft as i'd wish for. The springs are also very short. The cylinder nut has to be adjusted halfway down the cylinder in order to fasten the spring. It the 3-racing dampers are available, I'd rather buy them.
