Bearings should definitely be your first upgrade. I was pretty impressed when I saw the quality of these bearings. Plus there are no metal races to get rock chips, which led to dirt entering the bearing. This upgrade is worth every penny.

As long as your car its not D spec, drift that has allready the metal ball bearing set dont even think about buying this product. This is an A B S O L U T M U S T for all rc cars and without this its pure madness not to drive but even to assemble your car. Sometimes i wonder why tamiya doesnt lift up a litle bit the cost of the car kit than offering the plastic bearing in the car kits ? Anyway as i saied before dont even think about it, especially with this low price. Believe me if u allready drive your car with plastic ones replace them imediatelly and you see great great diference to almost everything.. power... your car will run smoother... your motor will take much much longer to warm....the driving will be much easier...drifting will be a pleasure and much much more. igly recomended to evryone. I definately recomend this to every tt-01 type chassis driver without second though and i wish to everybody a happy chinese new year! :))

This is a very good ball bearing set. It reduces the friction a lot, so you go faster, you have more driving time, motor, ESC and battery are less hot, the steering is more precise and there is less erosion. It also looks good and it is pretty handy that it is pre-lubricated. Another thing is that they are very strong, you will not break or crack them easy. It is not essential to buy it in use with the standard motor (although it is better), but with a faster motor you have to buy this ball bearing set. If you have a TT-01E do not buy the ball bearing set for the TT-01, because that is an incomplete set (for TT-01E). It is well worth the money, so I will not hesitate buying this product.

This is a very must have to upgrade your TT01E. You will not get them with the kit. Less friction for your TT01E. Important hop-up part.

This is the FIRST MUST upgrade for TT-01E. It's includes the bearings for the steering as well, which makes the car a lot better to control. If you have this upgrade you dont need to buy the "racing steering" upgrade, but only the small arms as regular update parts if you want to improve the handling even more (so you can adjust the steering). The metal bearings make the car runs smoother, the battery will hold longer. It also a MUST before you are upgrading the engine, gear ratio or other speed factors.. or you will either burn out your engine or damage your car with melting bearings, which will end up with burned out engine :)) As with many other items from rcmart, excellent quality for bugdet price!

This bearing are awesome, they have improved the speed and steering of my TT-01E. The battery doesnt go low so fast and the motor and ESC are more cooler! You have to buy this as the first hop up for your TT-01E!

I bought these bearings before i ordered my tt-01e. Becouse you can mount this when you build the tt-01e, so it is less work and it is a GREAT hop-up. Everything rolls verry smooth. And they look really nice. They reduce the friction, so you get more speed, longer driving time and the motor and ESC are a lot cooler.
