Description
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets, deliver supreme customer service and daily operations
Develop, monitor and evaluate sales plans, business & marketing strategies, sales forecast
Maintain customer base and network from both existing accounts and new prospects strategically
Explore new product ideas and brand building opportunities
Requirements:
Knowledge in electronic or radio controlled industry is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in sales management in global market
Excellent judgment, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for extensive interaction between supplier, sales, engineering and operations
Ability to lead projects concerning sourcing, technical & pricing issues and commodity specific problems
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Station / Work in Hong Kong, willing to travel

Description
Responsibilities :
Handle customer enquire via inbound call
Correctly diagnose customers’ issues by asking relevant probing questions and utilizing effective listening skills
Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement with systems and procedures, and initiate appropriate action to implement these changes
Requirements:
Proficiency in both spoken English and Mandarin
Form 7 or above
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

Description
Responsibilities:
