These fans are very effective at keeping the motor cool, on a low turn high geared motor, on a 1:10 touring, they kept it cool enough to touch, with the standard cooling fin the motor was way too hot to touch. the only problem i encountered was when the fan would not spin because the magnet in the motor was so strong it would cause the fan to stop spinning!
