Aside from the Futaba servo that is built-in in the Futaba radio kit, I have only used the Futaba Standard s3003 servo. Upon installing it on my radio controlled car, it works really great having decent steering and throttle capabilities.
This works well in almost all radio controlled kit type such as the 1/10 and 1/8 electric powered or nitro powered cars; and this will even work really good whether installed vertically or horizontally in the kit - making it the ideal servo for every RC enthusiasts. I would say though, that this item is perfect for beginners as the more advanced users would prefer the digital one's.
But still if you are looking for something that is worth the value for money at a real affordable price, then the s3003 would be a good choice.
