The more you buy now, the more shopping points you get, consequently the higher purchase value you can redeem in future.

When you place an order, the total amount * of the order will be used to calculate your credit amount of points earned as ¡§pending points¡¨. These pending points will be listed in your Shopping Points account after we ensure your order is approved and completed. These will become ¡§shopping points¡¨ after your activation in addition to show your new shopping point balance and its credit value in dollar amount. Once the credit is shown in your account, you can immediately redeem the earned shopping points for your next purchase. You can always login your account to view the status of the earned shopping points balance and its credit value in dollar amount.

For every USD$1.00 spent at Dinball rcMart, you shall earn 1 shopping point and so a credit value of USD$0.004.

Dinball rcMart reserves the right to change the conversion rate * at any time without prior notice. The change of the rate only applies to your new purchase that your previous earned credit value is unaffected. You can often see this line of FAQ to check the updated conversion rate.

If you have a credit balance in your Shopping Points account, you can pay for your purchase made at Dinball rcMart by redemption of earned shopping points.

In the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there is a display box. You can tick the box to use all points available to exercise redemption.

If your credit balance is not enough to cover the full amount of your purchase, you need to select another payment method as usual to continue the payment for the remaining amount.

When you continue to the confirmation page in the checkout process, you will notice that the value of the redeemed shopping points will be credited towards your current order. Once you confirm the order, the redeemed points value are deducted from your credit balance, and your shopping points record will be updated showing the points you did earn and use in your account.

Please be aware that any purchases fully made by redeemed shopping points will not be rewarded with additional points. Any purchase partially made by redeemed shopping points will only be rewarded with additional points for the dollar amount spent other than redeemed shopping points.

Currently, no minimum shopping points balance is required to exercise redemption of earned shopping points. However, you should select another payment method in the checkout process for balance settlement if your credit balance is not enough to cover the full value of your purchase.
