This is the Agrios 4x4x4 Monster truck. The truck body sits on the new Tamiya TXT-2 chassis which is an evolution of the original TXT-1. Agrios, a mythical Greek giant, gives his name to this tough monster truck, which can go over obstacles and rough terrain with ease. The combined use of metal parts with tough plastic lends the model a genuine feeling of power and scale. The truck comes equipped with two 540-brushed motors and is capable of 4-wheel steering when a second servo is added to the rear axle.

• 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit
• Model has a centrally-positioned gearbox with front and rear aluminium beams
• The polycarbonate monster truck body comes with sticker sheet to recreate the distinctive graphics
• Kit includes TEU-106BK Twin Motor ESC
• 54772 TXT-2 Aluminium Oil Damper with Reserve Tank (x4) will be available as an option part
• Black resin-covered aluminium shaft side-frames are fitted with black aluminium panels
• Resin upper frame serves as R/C unit cover and battery holder
• Driven by a pair of 540 motors for a power-packed ride
• Front and rear axle cases contain 3-bevel differential gears and have a 2-level transmission

One of the key componets to make a good drift depends on the RC Tires. Shimizu Racing manufactured hard super compounding tires, which makes RC drifting much easier than ever before!  Set the medium narrow wheel to 24mm in width, the tyre will get mild contact against the ground.

Yeah Racing Shock-Gear Damper, Competition Series

Yeah Racing has just released the competition damper! On a final testing stage. Today, our product engineer is testing the O-ring to make sure it seals perfectly to avoid oil leakage!

These dampers are made of high quality aluminum, titan coated damper shafts and features a unique piston design.

The damper are designed to reduce friction and offer better reaction and response time. Different tuning modes are availbe for customers to fine tune the damper rebound rate.

A new World Record for greatest distance on a single battery was just set on 20th April, 2013 using an F1 car in Melbourne, Australia.

The record attempted, at the TFTR RC track in Melbourne Australia, took 1 hour 18 minutes and was extremely successful.

The Guinness World Records® record for the ‘Greatest distance by a Radio Controlled (RC) model car on one set of batteries’ was previously 23.726 km set in 2009 in France.

The new record was driven by David Stevens, achieved 38.284 km. Beating the old record by 14.558 km or 61%!!

During the trial, there was an issue the team faced. A sudden gust of wind toppled the tripod with both primary and secondary video cameras, it took them 10 minutes to sort out. At the end, the team placed two tripods and weight them down with sandbags!

What 's new in Tamiya TT02?

TT02 includes a new tub layout, it also features a new steering, suspension setup and a closed receiver box.

To cater for LiPo Battery set up, the new chassis has made the battery setup on the left side so it can now handle LiPo packs properly.

Tamiya TT02, the battery is now on the left side of the vehicle that receives now LiPo battery packs without reworking.

The front axle is as usual by a cardan shaft made ​​of plastic (also known as "licorice stick" known) driven.

On the axles differentials closed cone are used.
