More power plus more speed equals heat. Heat is the enemy of every RC motor. Stock can motors are notorious for heat build up because there is no heat sink endbell. That’s why H.A.R.D. doesn’t leave engineering to chance.

Built-in to very X3 stock motor is an internal cooling fan ! An ingenious design that cools the motor from within as it runs, giving you more power longer than most stock motors.

Use a good quality bearing oil to oil the internal bushings inside the can and at the endbell.
Using bearing oil to maintain the X3 motor
- As with all motors the X3 will become hot to the touch after running. Please allow the motor to cool sufficiently before touching the can exterior.
Do not touch the motor after running !
